We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and fire inspection data (customer lists, equipment registries, inspection records, photos). We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referrers) through privacy-focused analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the FireInspected service: storing your inspection data, generating reports, sending reminders, and improving the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or inspection data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in US-based data centers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

5. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through the FireInspected dashboard or by contacting hello@fireinspected.com.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication and essential functionality. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
