1. Acceptance

By using FireInspected, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

FireInspected provides fire extinguisher inspection software including digital inspection forms, photo capture, PDF report generation, scheduling, and customer management.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

FireInspected offers a Free plan (up to 25 inspections/month) and paid plans ($49/mo Starter, $99/mo Pro). Prices are clearly listed on our pricing page. We will notify you before any price changes. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use FireInspected for anything illegal, don't try to hack or disrupt the service, and don't resell access without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FireInspected is provided as-is. We strive for accuracy, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring NFPA 10 compliance and the accuracy of your inspection records.
